Outcomes of the MEESO project

Applied knowledge and technology

The MEESO project will create new knowledge and data on the mesopelagic community and new acoustic and trawling technologies and will apply this knowledge to determine the potential of the mesopelagic biomass to be sustainably exploited for products included in the human food chain. 

The outcomes will be presented in e.g. scientific papers and reports, advisory documents, manuals and videos, at workshops and courses, and in public science articles.
