Objective
The overall objective of work package is to ensure efficient coordination and management of the MEESO project and interaction with the European Commission services.
Specific objectives
- Effective project management, meeting organization, reporting and interaction with the EC services, and other administrative activities.
- Monitoring of costs and resource statements, distribution of the EC subvention to the partners, auditing, and other financial activities.
- Ensuring effective management of the consortium and fair and reasonable conditions for the partners, including monitoring/updating the Consortium Agreement when needed.
- Negotiations for amendments and other legal issues.
- Facilitate cooperation between the MEESO project and the SUMMER project.
